Paulo Schneider is a professional in Commercial, Residential, Corporate Real Estate, Public Speaking Consultant for Executives and a Speaker.

He began his career in 1994 in Boston, MA as a Mortgage Broker. Fluent in 4 languages, he was able to captivate a larger market, and with much dedication he became a successful professional in the field, achieving recognition for several years as the #1 representative within the company with more than 1800 professionals nationwide, consequently conquering his space amongst the top 200 Mortgage Brokers in the country.

In 2003, with a partner, he founded Lentegra Mortgage Inc, which became a market leader with an annual growth of over 40%, and producing over 800 million in annual loan volume, year after year. In 2010 the company was sold to a regional bank.

In July 2010, Mr Schneider moved to Boca Raton FL, where he still resides to this day.
With the business experience accumulated over the years, he developed several consulting projects between 2010 and 2011 in corporate consulting, amongst them, a real estate company, increasing its sales from 17 million a year surpassing the 100 million sales mark in just 11 months.

In 2012, he decided to dedicate himself entirely to the residential, commercial, and corporate real estate sales area, where he still operates to this day.

Mr Schneider is a highly competent professional, with extensive knowledge in all areas of activity and tens of millions in annual sales. He strongly believes that the result of his success is due to the high quality of service provided to all clents, so much so that 99% of all transactions come from references from the customers themselves.

Amongst many other activities, Mr Schneider founded the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce of New England (BACCNE) in 2002 based in Boston where he was President for 3 years. In 2010 he became a member of Toastmasters International and founded the first public speaking club in Portuguese where he was President for several years. Due to his leadership, he became Area Director of the organization in 2013/14 and was honored with the award of the Area Director of the Year in the District of South Florida and Bahamas. In 2015/16 he was elected Division Director of TI managing over 800 members and was awarded the Division Director of the Year for the same District. He also served as a mentor and co-founder of several clubs as well as a member of the board of the Rotary Club Boca Raton West, where he served as vice president and emceed all official club events.

A frequent speaker at TLI (Toastmasters Leadership Institute) where he gave several lectures on leadership and motivation in addition, lectured on sales training between 2016 and 2019 for Ortiz Gaming, American Assemblers, Recomendo Inc and spoke at many Rotary and Toastmaster clubs.
He gave several international lectures between 2015 and 2019 in Brazil to attract Brazilian investors to invest in the real estate and corporate market in the United States.

If speaking at an event hired by a corporation at their facility, the ambiance shall be very accommodating, good seating area for all attendees, good lighting and sound system including wireless microphones, floor level or elevated stage with a podium, overhead projector and dropdown screen.
If the event is held outside the clients office such as a lease venue, the site should offer similar conditions as above, yet an auditorium style is also welcome.
