As a keynote speaker, I speak and have spoken to audiences from 5 to 500 on a variety of topics. I focus primarily on values-based leadership, the secrets of building and maintaining high performing teams, and practical applications of DiSC. I am a Founding Partner in the John Maxwell Team of certified trainers, speakers, and coaches and a Certified Human Behavior Consultant (DiSC).
I facilitate lunch and learn sessions, half-day, full-day, and multi-day workshops and seminars that are customized to your people. I guarantee a content-rich, inspiring, enlightening, and entertaining presentations. You can expect me to spend time to learn about your particular group and mold the message to suit their needs. I make myself available before and after presentations to meet individuals. I can also provide break-out sessions that follow up on keynote messages. For larger audiences, a PA system with microphone (preferably wireless lavaliere or headset). Some presentations may use multimedia and therefore a projection system with screen would be necessary.
