• Performance area: A stable, level space with enough room for the performer, guitar, microphone stand, and equipment. A raised stage is optional.

• Power: Access to a standard electrical outlet near the performance area.

• Sound: Sound arrangements and volume requirements are coordinated with the client or venue before the event.

• Lighting: Enough lighting to safely see the performance area and equipment. Specialty stage lighting is optional.

• Outdoor events: A shaded, covered performance area with protection from rain, wind, and direct sun.

• Setup: Access to the performance area approximately one hour before the scheduled start, with a nearby unloading location.

• Planning: Performance length, breaks, special song requests, and event timing are discussed in advance. Specific song requests depend on repertoire and preparation time.
