I believe that a professional photographer should be able to shoot just about anything well. No matter the genre, it is all about seeing the light, capturing the moment, and telling a story. I do environmental and studio portraiture, journalism, head shots, architectural and corporate work, events (yes, including engagements and weddings), and of course landscapes of Vermont’s wild places. My style tends to the journalistic.

I have wide experience shooting events, from small weddings to concerts, from festivals to intimate dinners and receptions. I obsess about the details and capturing shots that capture the sense and spirit of an event.

I have a passion for capturing and telling interesting stories. And for having fun while doing it.

Whether it is shooting events, taking environmental portraits, headshots, gathering corporate stock or roaming the backroads to capture a stunning landscape, I love telling stories and capturing moments through my lens.
