Bayou Boogie is a Shreveport (LA.) based, professional touring band featuring 'Louisiana' roots music and specializing in authentic Zydeco, Cajun, & Swamp Pop. Bayou Boogie is the premier 5 piece band in the entire Ark-La-Tex area. Formed in mid-2011, the band is made up of Pat Mason, Kyle Martin, Bradley Reed, Warren Williams, and Zef Smith. If Dancing is your thing, then Bayou Boogie is your band.

I'm a professional event planner and hire bands all the time for all over the U.S. I look for a unique style that is a cut above the usual cover band, as well as a sound that will fit the theme of my events or the culture of the city. These guys fit the bill at my most recent reception! They just pulled the party theme totally together and my guests were asking where I found them! Band members all look like they are having a great time on stage, too. Music is a combo of old faves with a unique Zydeco twist to them, plus some original tunes. I highly recommend them.

What to Expect
We are primarily a 'Louisiana roots' band specializing in authentic Zydeco, Cajun, and Swamp Rock music, but we play all forms of dance music including Soul, R&B, Funk, Blues, and other forms of popular music. We are primarily used in festivals, wedding receptions, private/corporate events, and night clubs.

Bayou Boogie is a professional touring (primarily a 'Louisiana' - genre) band focusing on Zydeco, Cajun, Swamp Rock and Pop. We are the only band within a 250 mile radius of Shreveport which also plays authentic Zydeco and Cajun music (using real accordions and real musicians steeped in the Cajun/Zydeco styles of their native Louisiana). Pat Mason (Guitars/Keyboards/Accordions/Lead & Backup vocals) - Warren Williams (Drums and vocals) - Kyle Martin (Guitars) - Bradley Reed (Keyboards) - and Zef Smith (Bass).
Additional Booking Notes
We have our own sound and lighting systems. Our sound system is all powered equipment and can mix and match our equipment to accommodate either a small club or large venue (indoor or out).
