Depending on the package you choose, your visit may include a beautiful photo backdrop and lighting, pictures with the birthday child and guests, singing “Happy Birthday,” games and activities, present time, and more!

Hi! I’m Tiffany, and I’m the creator behind Meet Elsa! As a mom and someone who truly loves working with children, I started this because I wanted to bring a little extra magic to birthdays and special events. Whether it’s taking photos, singing “Happy Birthday,” playing games, or simply making your little one feel like they’ve stepped into a fairytale, my goal is to create a memory your family will cherish.

I provide a beautiful backdrop, lighting, and plenty of magical photo opportunities! I take the time to make each child feel special and create a fun, personal experience for everyone involved.

Notes & Technical Information

- I may bring a small team of helpers wearing matching light-blue T-shirts. They assist with setup, pack-up, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- You do not need to provide food, drinks, seating, or entertainment for my helpers. They are there simply to assist me with the event.
- Depending on your package, I may need a small area for my backdrop, lighting, and photo setup.
- I will arrive early enough to set up before the scheduled start time whenever possible. Exact arrival and setup details can be discussed before your event.
- Please provide a reasonable nearby place to park for unloading and loading equipment.
- For outdoor events, a backup plan may be needed in case of rain, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.
- A safe, clean area for the appearance and activities is appreciated.
- Please let me know ahead of time about any special requests, themes, important moments, or surprises you would like included in the visit.
- For the best experience, parents or hosts are responsible for supervising children during the event.
- My goal is to make your event fun, easy, and magical, while taking care of as much of the setup and behind-the-scenes work as possible!
