DJ for best performance must be closest to the dance floor and not behind or near guests tables.
Client shall provide overhead enclosed shelter for outdoor events to protect us from direct sunlight and rain.
DJ equipment must be setup on solid ground no dirt, gravel, grass, mulch, rocks, pebbles, mud, sand, water, or any other unstable surface.
One 120 volt with maximum 15-20 amp load capacity is required (remove)
Power outlets must be working and ready for use.
Performance area approximately 10 x 15
Elevator must be provided to move heavy equipment.
My guests, wife,and I were very pleased with the service and professionalism we got from Party Specialists. I am a nervous nelly so when I get a thought in my head I need to get the answer. Everytime I emailed Bruce he got back to me withing 24 hours or less. We had a some special requests and some last minute changes and they handled everything without any problems. Bruce was a pleasure to have as a D.J. for our faculty appreciation party. He arrived on time and was very well prepared - requiring no help with set-up or equipment maneuvering. Bruce was very good about contacting us and walking us through the process of getting ready for the party. He was very patient with all of the last minute changes not to mention a very late play list and schedule of party events. At the party, none of our special requests or changes were a problem. Party Specialists were very cooperative from initial contact to delivery of service. They took an interest in the nature of the party (a Sweet 16 in this case) and provided template forms so that our kids could list preferred songs, music they didn't want played and the various genres of music they enjoy. As a result, the party was a huge success. The kids danced until 1:45 AM. In my opinion, the quality of a DJ is dictated by their ability to keep the party going at a consistent pace, rather than having the dance floor crowded at times and vacant at others.
