March 21, 2018Top-Notch Customer Service
I had the most professional experience with this company! Even with the owner being out of the country ... not just out of town ... OUT OF THE COUNTRY; she responded to my text messages and still managed to conduct business in a timely and professional manner AND even followed up with me when she arrived back in country! Top notch!!! That means alot! My girls had an amazing birthday party with the bounce house we rented and my husband and I had a great customer service experience! #FiveStars

Party people were came out ahead of time to set up. They were very very polite with our staff and the KIDS. They assisted when I needed help and went way above and beyond what I expected out of.

“We needed the special touch that Steve and his crew brought to our wedding day! From planning to execution, even on such short notice, Steve came through and then some. Cocktail hour to the dessert...”
