To ensure your event runs smoothly and looks its best, here are a few important details and requirements for our services:

🎈 Balloon & Décor Installations

Setup time varies by project size (typically 1–3 hours before event start).

We require clear access to the event area upon arrival.

Outdoor décor may require shaded or covered areas depending on weather and temperature.

If helium is used, please confirm indoor ceiling height and no open flames nearby.

🎤 DJ & Entertainment Services

Electrical outlets must be available within 25 feet of the setup area.

Sound and lighting equipment can be provided upon request.

DJ table or stage space of at least 6x6 ft preferred for setup and display.

Additional microphones available for announcements and presentations.

💃 Brand Ambassadors / Event Staffing

Staff require a designated area for materials, giveaways, or registration table.

Access to restrooms or staff facilities appreciated for longer events.

🚚 Delivery & Breakdown

We handle delivery, setup, and teardown for all décor and rentals.

Standard setup includes up to 1 hour of travel within the Orlando area (additional travel fees may apply).

Early setups, late-night pickups, or multi-day events can be arranged upon request.
