Our business was established in 2011. We specialize on balloon decor, balloon sculptures, balloon twisting and more.
We are everything you need for your special occasion. We are located in the Utica/Rome area but we will travel up to 50 miles radius.

She was awesome! The kids challenged her in making unicorns, dinosaurs, dogs, bunnies and she conquered them all! Just an overall hit with everyone, even the adults!! Definitely will have her again and will recommend her to others!
