I looked through at least 10 steel bands and what made me hire Pan Y Vino was their awesome musicianship and the fact that Nolan can ALSO play the ukulele.
Their music selection was interesting and very well played.
Not only were Pan Y Vino prompt and on time, they made my life SO much easier by also coming equipped with absolutely everything they needed for their own set up! They had their own shade umbrella AND a battery powered speaker/sound system. That meant I didn’t have to figure out how to run electricity out to the distant corner of my backyard and deal with the trip hazard of extension cords. It turned out to be perfect because unfortunately it rained almost the entire time my outdoor backyard luau was happening. They were very accommodating. We started by having them play in the living room, which my guests loved. And then because of having their own gear we were able to move them outside as soon as the rain let up. These guys made what could have been a soggy evening into a hot island party!
