Palace Plus was created by someone who holds a great love for the characters, and who can remember how one of the Princess performers brought her joy when she was little. When she got old enough to do so, she decided to open up her own company to bring other kids the same joy she felt that day.

If the event is outside, we'd prefer there to be some sort of tent to help protect the costumes and performers from the weather if needed. The costumes we use aren't cheap, and we put our performer's safety over everything else.
If the event is outside during the winter, there must be some sort of heater available to help protect the performers from the cold. If the performer is worried she may get sick or hurt from the cold, she is in her full right to leave for her own safety.
