Important Face Painting Details

To provide the best experience and maintain the quality of our work, please keep the following details in mind:

• For outdoor events, the face painting area must be set up in a shaded and comfortable space. We cannot work directly under the sun, as heat and direct sunlight can affect both the artist and the quality of the makeup.

• Please provide access to water during the event so we can properly clean and maintain our materials.

• All event details, including location, time, theme, and special requests, must be organized and confirmed before the event date.

• Additional hours must be requested and paid at the moment they are added, depending on availability.

• Our service is based on the reserved time, not the number of children. We always work with dedication and quality during the contracted hours, but the amount of children served depends on the time available and the complexity of each design.

Important Character Appearance Details

To provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please keep the following details in mind:

• Character appearances are scheduled for 30 to 45 minutes maximum. In Florida, the heat can be extremely intense, and our performers are wearing full costumes, so we kindly ask for your understanding and patience regarding the time limit.

• Our characters bring energy, interaction, and memorable moments to your event, but their comfort and safety are very important to ensure they can perform their best.

• Princesses and superheroes require a private and comfortable space to change before and after their appearance. Please provide an appropriate area where they can prepare.
