When you book with me, you can expect a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I arrive on time, fully set up with professional, high-quality paints and a clean, organized station.

I offer a variety of fun, kid-friendly designs and work efficiently to keep the line moving while still giving each child a design they’re excited about. I keep things calm, friendly, and engaging so kids feel comfortable and have a great experience.

All products used are skin-safe and applied with proper sanitation practices between each guest. I’m happy to work with you ahead of time to make sure everything fits your event, whether it’s a birthday party, school event, or larger gathering.

Hi, I’m Kaila. I’m a Kansas City–based artist, mom of two boys, and the face behind Painted Faces KC. I started face painting because I’ve always loved creating, but it quickly became something more when I saw how much joy it brought to kids (and honestly, adults too).

Outside of my business, I spend most of my time with my boys, homeschooling, and building a life that lets me be present for them while still chasing something of my own. I’m someone who pours a lot of heart into what I do. Whether it’s painting a child’s favorite design or being part of a special event, I care about making it a good experience for everyone involved.

I believe the little moments matter. The smiles, the excitement, the memories you don’t always plan for. Getting to be a small part of that is what I love most about what I do.
