We arrive at the agreed time to set up our cooking area and prepare your selected menu fresh at the event. Guests can enjoy watching the cooking process and the aromas as the meal comes together.

Once the food is ready, we present it attractively and coordinate serving according to the event schedule. Our service includes the ingredients, cooking equipment and utensils needed for food preparation. We work professionally and efficiently, keeping our area organized throughout the event.

Before the event, we confirm the guest count, menu, location, serving time and any vegetarian or dietary requirements. The client provides a safe, accessible space for setup and cooking. Additional appetizers, side dishes and service options may be arranged in advance.

Paella VIP has proudly served South Florida since 2010, bringing more than 16 years of experience to private and corporate events. We specialize in live cooking and freshly prepared seafood paella, arroz campesino, arroz con pollo, congrí with ropa vieja and sweet plantains, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

Our team cooks on-site, turning the meal into an entertaining experience for guests while delivering generous portions and an attractive presentation. We serve events ranging from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to celebrations with 300 or more attendees.

We proudly serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, HOA events and other special occasions. Our goal is to make every event memorable through delicious food, professional service and the warmth of Spanish and Cuban culinary traditions.

Our live-cooking service requires a safe, level and accessible setup area with adequate ventilation. Outdoor or covered outdoor space is preferred. The cooking area must be located away from guest traffic, decorations and combustible materials.

Please confirm in advance whether the venue permits live cooking, propane equipment or open-flame food preparation. Easy access from the parking or unloading area is important for transporting cooking equipment and ingredients. Access to water and electricity may be requested depending on the selected menu and event setup.

For indoor venues, the client is responsible for confirming all venue restrictions and obtaining any required authorization before the event. Final setup requirements will be reviewed with the client based on the location, menu and number of guests.
