Overview
Since 2010, Paella VIP has provided live cooking and drop-off catering throughout South Florida. We prepare Spanish and Cuban-inspired specialties, including Seafood Paella, Vegetarian and Vegan Paella, Arroz Campesino, Arroz con Pollo, and Congrí with Ropa Vieja and Sweet Plantains. Our live service lets guests enjoy watching their meal prepared fresh on-site. Drop-off orders can include optional heating and serving equipment. We serve weddings, corporate events, birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, HOA events, baby showers, communions, and other celebrations.
