May 28, 2026We had a great experience with Alacid Photography at our recent kids convention event in Rockville, MD. He was professional, patient with the children, and did an excellent job capturing both posed shots and candid moments from the activities. Even when I accidentally mixed up the booking dates, he still went out of his way to show up and make things work. That level of customer service really stood out. We also received the electronic versions of the pictures within a day, which was impressive. Great service all around and highly recommended.
