Pacific Rhythm

We were honored to have Mika and his family perform their awesome Polynesian Show at my husband's 60th Birthday Luau.

From the 1st time I contacted them until their last Fire Knife Dance and final bows, they were the ultimate professionals.

They performed dances from several Polynesian Islands including Samoa (where Mika is from), New Zealand (Poi Ball Dance), Fiji, Tonga and Tahiti, as well as Hula. All the family dances were highly entertaining, and Mika explained each dance. Their youngest daughter captivated everyone with her solo dance, Mika's Warrior Dance was spot on, and the 3 Fire Knife Dances at sunset were amazing! But there is more to their show than dancing. They had audience participation, comedy and cultural sections as well, including "How to Open a Coconut Without Using a Hammer", which was hilarious.

Mika really knows how to engage an audience. He made it his mission to get everyone involved and insure they had a good time. He made sure my husband had the best birthday ever and made him feel like Royalty.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Pacific Rhythm is a 12. We would definitely recommend booking them for your event. We would advise booking way in advance as they are in demand for public and private events.

We saw these folk at Jellystone/Yogi bear in Milton PA. They were tremendously entertaining. Talia (might not be spelled right) was a wonderful little 4 yr old girl who worked so hard. Mica was the showman who was truly entertaining and talented. His other kiddos and his wife were fantastic. The perfect amount of audience participation. My wife and kiddos (and me) truly enjoyed it. The fire show was awe inspiring. I would love to see them again.

Pacific Rhythm performed twice at our resort this year and were so great that we will definitely be having them back next year! The kids absolutely loved them. They started off with temporary tattoos. Then, they separated into groups and taught them different traditional dances. Last, was their performance as a family which was incredible! I have never seen so many attendees at an event we hosted. I highly recommend them for any event!
