Overview
Pa' Gozar' Latin Band plays a variety of Latin styles: Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Latin Jazz, and American hits that will certainly make feel your American guests at home, too. Depending on the type of event (Wedding, Corporate, Small Party) we can bring a trio, quintet up to a 10 piece band. We can also provide lighting, dancers, DJ, stage, and sound equipment. Make sure to ask for our Latin Experience Package if you want to offer a UNIQUE Latin Experience to all your guests. There is nothing better than working with professional musicians, with over 20 years of experience performing for corporate and family events. We will create the Best Latin Experience for your next event.

Laura provided a wonderful performance for our Mother’s Day celebration. We truly enjoyed the music, and it made the occasion feel very special and memorable. She sang a variety from several different genres, took requests, and publicly recognized us. She was punctual, prepared, and gracious.
She was also very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We would gladly recommend her for other events.

Laura provided a wonderful musical experience for our residents. The performance was engaging, energetic, and brought so much joy to everyone in attendance. Many of our seniors were singing, dancing, and actively participating throughout the event.
Her warmth, professionalism, and ability to connect with the audience truly made the experience special. Several residents even asked when she would be returning. We would be happy to welcome her back for future performances and highly recommend her for senior communities and special events.

having never hired a band to play before I didn’t really know how it would go. Laura was with me from minute one - very responsive to all communications and helpful in deciding what was best for our annual company picnic. The band Arrived and started on time. And the music was perfect! Very festive, fun, great song selections, handsome musicians and so friendly. I would hire them again in a second.

Founder of Pa’ Gozar Latin Band & Latin Experience Entertainment, LLC
Laura Sosa, born in Peru, was immersed in music from an early age, surrounded by rich sounds both at home and in school. It was during her teenage years in Europe, however, that she discovered her true passion for singing—sparking a lifelong journey through diverse musical styles including bossa nova, jazz, Latin jazz, and a wide range of Latin American rhythms such as salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, cha-cha, and traditional Peruvian music.
Based in the Washington, DC area since 2003, Laura brings together her multicultural influences to create vibrant, high-energy performances that captivate audiences from start to finish. Her music is more than a performance—it’s an immersive experience designed to make people dance, celebrate, and feel transported to the Caribbean!
After years of performing throughout the DMV with various bands, Laura founded Pa’ Gozar Latin Band, a project built around one simple mission: to have fun. True to its name, Pa’ Gozar delivers unforgettable performances where every guest feels like part of the celebration.
Expanding her vision, Laura also founded Latin Experience Entertainment, LLC, a premier booking agency specializing in high-quality Latin entertainment for both social and corporate events. The company offers a wide range of services, including Latin bands, Latin dancers, and the popular Hora Loca—an interactive, high-energy addition that elevates any event.
