Overseas Love Crisis can offer varying set lengths of original music as well as a large catalog of covers; OLC can play several hours of continuous music for your event, show, concert, etc. The band provides a wide genre of music, everything from punk rock to ska, funk to blues, hip hop to pop, including extra instrumentation of brass or other instruments. Full plugged in and acoustic sets are both featured in OLC's calendar. The band has experience opening up for national headlining acts in 2,000 seat clubs and in all other event settings, with a strong Fort Wayne area fan base. An audience can come to an OLC show and expect to be up and dancing, interacting with the band, and always finding a song they can relate to and enjoy! In addition to live music, the band can provide background music playlists for any occasion. All of those who had a blast jamming with the band can take home some OLC merchandise from the fully stocked store as well, including everything from hats, shirts, cds, sweatshirts, stickers and much more (even available online).
OLC is a 4-piece rock band that formed in November 2015. While much of their material falls under the pop punk genre, they bring an eclectic approach to their recordings and live sets. You can expect to go to an OLC concert and see funky, bass-driven groove rock, soaring trumpet lines, and lyrical rap lines, in addition to the distorted guitar-driven pop punk riffs that are featured in so much of their music.
OLC stands for Overseas Love Crisis. The band formed in August 2015, solidifying its lineup in November of 2015. OLC released its first demo tape in March of 2016, and released its first full feature EP 'Letters Lost' in October of 2016, accumulating a stronger local following. The band began touring regionally beginning in early 2017, and follow-up CD 'Peruvian' was released in April of 2017; the album is an acoustic re-recording of OLC's original demo disc. in July of 2018, the band released Wanna Be, its first full feature album.
Depending on the size and requirements of the event, OLC can be prepared for almost anything. Stages will preferably accommodate four members of the band, but depending on situation are very flexible. The band is fully stocked with their own instruments, stage set up, and PA sound system (if venue does not have their own). Lighting is not necessary for OLC's set up. Covers include songs from artists such as Blink 182, Cake, Green Day, Cage The Elephant, Johnny Cash, The Verve, The D4, Smash Mouth, Nirvana, Sister Hazel, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Third Eye Blind, Semisonic, Rise Against, The Wallflowers, Hawthorne Heights, Oasis, LIT, Weezer, Bush, The Gin Blossoms, Rage Against the Machine, Beck, Foo Fighters, and dozens more in varying genres.

We have a wide variety of influences, and our sets can be adapted to your event if necessary. Multi-genre sets are our specialty. Most original music falls under Pop Punk/Alternative Rock genres, but covers and instrumental music can be varied.
