I have survived a lifetime of trauma and tragedy, including abuse, escaping a cult, cancer and attempted murder, to name a few. If you have experienced any kind of adversity, loss, heartbreak or tragedy, this talk is for you. I will share my path to healing and breaking a cycle of trauma and tragedy. I have learned to overcome adversity and live a life of joy. Straight from my book, "I Can't Believe I'm Not Dead" you will hear how I learned to not just survive loss and adversity, but how I learned to THRIVE in spite of it!
