Hey there - thanks for checking us out! Overcash Catering was established in 2024, but I have 11+ years of cumulative chef experience to back it all up. We specialize in cooked from scratch meals with a passion in farm to table. We have done several private catering events and are available for anything ranging from small private events for 2, to parties and weddings. We offer an array of menus that include: cookouts, taco bars, buffets, any type of around the world cuisines, plated dinners and more. We would love an opportunity to chat about your future event to see if we'd be a good fit! .

What to expect

If a client hired us, we would begin with a few email communications back and forth to determine the event size, type and what kind of menu they're looking for. We would then set up an in person meeting to go over the menu put together, make any changes, set timeframes, expectations, and chat about what the day looks like. Menu will be finalized about 4 weeks prior to the event. We do offer menu tastings for a fee, but will waive it if the event is booked at the time of the tasting. Communication is always available with any changes or questions you may have up to help with peace of mind for your event.

Hello, I am Clifton Overcash & I am the chef behind Overcash Catering. I graduated in 2014 with my culinary degree and have been in the industry as a chef ever since. My wife and I are passionate about helping people bring their culinary visions come to life. Whether it's a private event, celebration of life or a dinner for 2, we love working with people to take the pressures of the food off their proverbial plate.
