I was sent an agreement to have them provide a popcorn and cotton candy machine for a birthday party on June 3rd. When the agreed upon time, and date came with no communication, i reached out to fhe company for an explanation. They sent one text message with an explanation and promised to show up the day of the actual party bur i never heard from them again. They stopped answering my phone calls and texts without explanation. Needless to say, they failed to provide the service for which we had agreed. They are unreliable, failed to communicate, and did not adhere to the process for financial transactions that are suggested by Gigsalad. Buyer beware!

The vendor came on time, and set the screen in good time. He also provided music while setting up.
The representative that came was very helpful, courteous, and respectful. He made any adjustments that were required.
We had to supply the electricity, but it was ok as we were prepared.
Beautiful evening, and would recommend them to others as quote was very reasonable for services supplied. They even provided some popcorn!

They called ahead and gave us eta and arrived as planned. Set up was quick and easy along with the brake down.

I was a little disappointed with how outdoor Flicks handled my event. They were late to begin with and wasn’t nice about it. I also had to scrap my pre-movie game because the screen wasn’t up in time. They started by patching the screen with duct tape before blowing it up and after several tries there were apparently more holes so the 20 feet screen I paid for didn’t work they then pulled out a smaller size screen and that worked. While I looked on they never came over once to tell me anything. The FM radio to hear movie in car made the worst noise so that didn’t work either. Still no communication. I would have liked an explanation or a offer for a reimbursement of something since the large screen I didn’t get and radio didn’t work. Why they didn’t test it before coming beats me. The movie went on despite these flaws but I think with better preparation it could have been better.
