What to expect

I have a broad range of experiences and therefore relate well to most audiences. My sessions are engaging, interactive, and sometimes, rigorous. I do call and response. I ask individual questions, even if there are 500 people in a room. I walk through the aisles and get up-close-and-personal with my participants. I like to take pulse-checks. No talk is ever the same because no group of people is ever the same. Audiences can expect to be given directives and held accountable to complete those directives. In most cases, I provide Actionable Steps which participants will take home and, hopefully, put to use. It's a fun and transformational experience.

About

Dr. Shindale Seale is a leadership and performance optimization expert who helps entrepreneurs, corporate executives, mid-level managers, and anyone else who wants to sharpen their leadership skills and identify and reach their goals through her two companies, Our Community Mentors, Inc. and SEADE Coaching & Consulting.
For over two decades, Shindale served in various leadership and training roles and sectors including the corporate environment, academia, and the non-profit arena. Her research on creating equitable solutions in gender, race, age, and ability matters has led to her being a sought-after subject matter expert and speaker.
Her organization, Our Community Mentors, Inc. (OCM), seeks to ensure that every resident in historically under-served communities is equipped with the resources they need to conceive and realize their academic, professional, and quality of life goals. Through this organization, she and her team of volunteers conduct Career Days at elementary, middle, and high schools. They also provide academic and professional coaching services to youth and young adults. In an effort to positively impact joblessness, OCM hosts Job Readiness Fairs quarterly. The organization also has a senior initiative in which volunteers conduct weekly activities with the elderly.
Through her company, SEADE Coaching & Consulting, Dr. Seale provides personal, leadership, and goal-orientation coaching to C-Suite executives, middle-managers, and youth and young adults.
She is currently an Adjunct faculty member at the University of Redlands focusing on Leadership, Organizational Change, and Business Communication. She has also served as the Director for Kaizen Human Capital where she focused on business performance optimization, staff development, and creating sustainable and equitable working environments.
Dr. Seale holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Master of Education degree, both from the University of Southern California (USC). She also earned her Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Language and Linguistics from California State University at Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).
Shindale's greatest pride and joy is her loving and supportive family!
