Otillia was born in South Africa and immigrated to the USA in 2004. She completed her Bachelors in San francisco and discovered her love for hula hooping. Otillia is a teacher and became a Certified HoopLove Coach in 2016. She believes hooping is a joyful activity with health benefits both for the mind and body at any age.
Otillia has been passionately hooping for a decade and wanted a recipe for success to elevate her practice and tap into the flow state. Otillia Hoops classes are based on the idea that mindfulness combined with strength and conditioning helps cultivate the flow state. Otillia has taught various hoop classes online, events and in the Bay Area.
