Oscar is so very talented!

Oscar played for the Historical Society Christmas event at our home. He came early and tuned our Yamaha grand (which needed it badly) and he played the most beautiful classical music for two and half hours. His playing is truly concert worthy! Thank you, Oscar!

When Music Turns a Moment Into Magic

I had the privilege of hearing Oscar at a wedding, and his playing turned what was already a beautiful day into something truly unforgettable. His rendition of Moonlight Sonata was moving, Mendelssohn sparkled with joy, and Bach’s Prelude in C Major was so pure and luminous it felt like a gift from God.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the technical mastery but the emotional intelligence behind every note. He has that gift of making classical music feel both timeless and fresh. I came for a wedding, but I stayed for the concert.

About

I was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in 1978 into a family deeply rooted in music. At the age of seven, I was admitted to the prestigious Glier School of Music in Tashkent, an institution renowned for nurturing musicians who go on to achieve international recognition. At sixteen, I earned top honors as Laureate of the Republican Piano Competition of Uzbekistan.

I continued my education at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, where I graduated with distinction and later completed my master’s degree in 2002. Since 1999, I have performed extensively at international concerts and festivals across Central Asia and Europe, with notable appearances in Sweden and the Arab world.

My lifelong passion lies in bringing the beauty of classical piano to audiences everywhere, making its melodies both engaging and accessible. In 2013, I relocated to the United States, where I continue to perform, teach piano and music, and offer professional piano tuning services. I currently reside in Austin, Texas, with my family.

Additional booking notes

For all performances, I ideally require the host to provide an acoustic grand piano or baby grand piano in good condition, as this ensures the best sound quality and overall experience. If a suitable instrument is not available, I can bring my own professional digital piano for an additional fee. I also offer professional piano tuning services at an extra cost if the host would like the instrument tuned prior to the event.

No special lighting or staging is required, although a well-lit performance area and a stable, level surface are preferred. For larger venues or outdoor events, access to a power source and amplification (if needed) should be arranged in advance.
