My name is Oriana and I have been studying, performing and teaching Middle Eastern dance for over 15 years. My goal as a dancer is to be as authentic and engaging as possible. I am based in Tampa, Florida and travel the world performing and teaching. My dance journey has led me to train with the best Master Instructors in the world including the Reda Troupe, Tamalyn Dallal, Ahmed Hussein, Oxana Bazaeva, Aziza, Jillina, Raqia Hassan and many more.

As a performer, I’m always pushing myself. The music is my guide and partner as athleticism meets expression. I dance to express my highest vibration to the audience- a vibration I hope they will wish to experience again and again through increased awareness of Middle Eastern dance. I am at my most happiest when those of the Arab world comment to me that I remind them of home. The emotion and connection I experience from those individuals breathes life into my practice and fulfills me deeply. Truly, my teaching and performance experiences in Egypt have permeated every facet of my shows.

I dance with grace and energy specializing in Classical/modern Egyptian, Sha'abi, Saidi, Nubian, Gwawhazee, Iraqi (Hachaa & Kawleeya) American Cabaret, Classical Perisan, Modern Oriental, Turkish and Greek. I often incorporate my experience in theater and art into my performances for a dynamic performance to be remembered. I perform with many tools including zills (sagat), wings of isis, veils, sword and even fire!

I can provide my own professional Speaker upon request. A/C if indoors and water are mandatory, as well as a private place to change and keep personal items safe.
