Lauren Pastore is the owner, photographer, and creative force behind One Twenty-Nine Photography. After her son Luca was born, Lauren rediscovered the world through his eyes and got back in touch with her creative side. Having been interested in photography her whole life, she decided this was the perfect time to purchase a professional camera and work on her craft.
It wasn’t long before Lauren’s friends and family began asking if they could pay her for sessions–and the seeds of a great business were sown. In February of 2023, she decided to pursue photography full-time and named her company One Twenty-Nine after her son’s birthday in honor of his childlike wonder and curiosity that first inspired her. While she started with a focus on lifestyle photography, the business shifted when editorial, branding, and social media content stole her creative brain and heart. Now, she prides herself on her professionally rendered, on-brand images that have been meticulously planned, shot, and edited for creatives and entrepreneurs of all kinds.
