MISSION STATEMENT
On The Rocks exists because every great party has a pulse. Someone in the room is reading the energy, adjusting in real time, giving people exactly what they need before they know they need it. We built a company around that instinct. The music and the bar are how we deliver it.
WHY MUSIC AND COCKTAILS
DJ AV noticed something most people miss. Watch a room long enough and you'll see it too. The dance floor peaks right when the bar opens back up. The crowd loosens the moment the song changes. It's all one thing. He just decided to own both sides of it.
A great DJ and a great bartender are doing the exact same thing. They're watching the room. Adjusting without being asked. Giving you what you need before you ask for it. Most people treat the DJ and the bar as two separate vendors. AV noticed they were the same conversation. That observation is the whole company.
