To ensure a smooth and successful event, clients must provide a designated bar or candy-table area with enough space for setup and service. Access to electricity and running water is appreciated when available but may not be required. Outdoor events should have a level, covered area to protect our equipment, beverages, candy, and decorations.

The Munch Bar proudly serves guests of all ages. Along with professional beer, wine, and cocktail service, we offer mocktails, specialty non-alcoholic drinks, kid-friendly beverage stations, and customized candy tables for family gatherings, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and community celebrations.

When clients provide the beverages, all drinks should be chilled and ready before service begins. When The Munch Bar provides a beverage or candy-table package, we will coordinate the selections, supplies, ice, garnishes, cups, containers, decorations, and setup details in advance.

For events serving alcohol, guests must be at least 21 years old and may be required to present valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot provide proof of legal drinking age.

Please confirm your guest count, beverage selections, candy choices, theme, and colors at least 7–14 days before the event. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
