About

After living in Spain for 5 years and Owning a fantastic Horse Ranch, I started Olive & Thyme because I’ve always loved bringing people together around food. There’s something special about a beautifully set table where guests can gather, relax, and enjoy the moment.
I wanted to create something that feels both elevated and inviting — a charcuterie experience that’s not just delicious, but also visually beautiful and memorable.
Every setup is thoughtfully styled with Mediterranean-inspired ingredients, fresh elements, and a natural aesthetic that feels warm and effortless.
My goal is simple: to help make your event feel special, relaxed, and something your guests will truly enjoy.
