Hire a solo singer and guitar musician for a variety of music
Hire a duo- singer, guitar, and bass player for a variety of music
Hire a trio- singer, guitar, bass, and drums for a variety of music
Hire one female background dancer and a live band or two female dancers and a live band- two, three, four musicians. Add more musicians as required for the desired sound.
Hire one or two aerialists with our free standing Aerial Rig that extends 7 ft, 14 ft, or 21 ft tall
Hire Background/Atmosphere gogo dancers to dance on a platform or behind a screen with a shadow silhouette
Hire two to four dancers to perform up to two group dances and up to four solo or duet dances. Each dance is 2-3 minutes. Props are often used such as Egyptian wings, giant feather fans, and enormous feather boas.
Special Note- Our dancers typically best accompany the live band rather than recorded music in most cases where an orchestra is not needed. The dancers bring the energy and wow factor to a new level. For every 15 songs the band plays, two dancers may come out and perform 3-5 dances between songs with costume changes. This creates the look and feel of a true Vintage Night Club setting.
We often get requests for a dance troupe to do one, two, or three-hour dance shows to recorded music. While we are capable of creating an entire dance show for one hour or more, and are able to hire 4-20 dancers, please keep in mind that the fee to choreograph and rehearse a larger number of people and prepare 20 plus dance choreographies from start to finish would reflect in the budget and often is cost prohibitive In most situations. This would also take weeks to months to prepare.
Over the years, we have found that having fewer dancers performing only a few choreographed dances as an accent to the live band or doing improvisational movement (aerialists, go go dancers, shadow box dancing) as background entertainment to recorded music or live music is much more efficient for production value and the smoothest way to achieve the success of a highly professional and quality show.

Our incredible singer/guitar player
Jimmy Dale Richardson performs delta blues, bluegrass, jump blues, Boogie Woogie Piano, Honky Tonk, Roots Rock n Roll, and much more. He is able to match his voice to many great artists and artfully changes his voice and guitar style from one song to the next throughout a show. Some of the incredible music he recreates includes Johnny Cash, Wynn Stewart, Elvis Presley, Hank Williams, Bob Dylan, Buddy Holly, Faron Young, James Brown, Woody Guthrie, and Roy Orbison (you must hear it to believe it!).
Jimmy is also a songwriter and has arranged and recorded his own music in a 2015 album titled "Heartaches and Honkytonks" with Wild Records. He is the 2019 winner of the "Best Rockabilly Male" award with the Ameripolitan Awards Production. His 2019 album release on vinyl is called “Dallas Barbershop Sessions” with Fun Guy Records. The album features obscure roots music recorded in 1998 and released 20 years later. Jimmy has been performing professionally since 1993 as a teenager being chaperoned to his gigs. Today, Jimmy is known and respected all over the world for his honky tonk, jump blues, and roots music. Fortunately for us all, he has even more to give and quite a few unknown talents never before seen on stage. Jimmy plays several instruments which is an asset to his band leading abilities.
Teaze Dance & Fitness is the home studio to the Oklahoma Showgirls and Jimmy Dale Richardson. Established in 2009, the company was founded on the idea that our state was lacking in a variety of professional entertainment and options for adult dance. Our dance company draws college dancers and professional dancers currently living in our area and offers jobs for the first time in our generation for this very small niche market. Our director, Lynn Crowe-Richardson, carved out this niche during a time where no one was doing any of the dance styles or types of entertainment and she recognized great opportunity to grow.
Since 2009, Lynn has hired hundreds of talented people and paved the way for future professional arts entertainers by advocating tirelessly for their value and offering fair pay as her standard operation. Lynn has been involved with other entertainers in the dance community for thirty-five years. Her expertise is valuable to event planners who are searching for other entertainers who offer international dance styles and more flamboyant areas of talent. Even if she isn’t available or doesn’t provide the exact service requested, she is happy to help direct you to the right person who does!
We are passionate about the many eras of the showgirl. She is one of the most instantly recognizable icons of modern times, offering an explosive contribution to many forms of popular entertainment. Our company aims to channel the glamour and intrigue of the famous beauties of the past. Many articles have been written about the near extinction of the feathered femmes that once graced the stage of every casino and hotel in Las Vegas and Paris shows for decades. A new generation of showgirls is in vogue, proving once more that society’s interest is as strong as ever before. The Oklahoma Showgirls create a grand and upscale image at every event and even children love taking their picture with a glamorous showgirl!
Together, this husband and wife team are prepared to revive professional Vintage Entertainment Shows and they are thrilled to continue world travel and sharing this passion with you!
