This was my first time using gig salad so I was pretty nervous if the talent was going to be as good as the Reviews. CJ with Ohana Entertainment exceeded my expectations & more! He communicated with me immediately & then and the days prior to the event making sure he had all the details needed to make sure our event was successful! We our a Youth Organization for teen girls and I wanted to make sure that while the music was clean, the girls would still have a great time! CJ over delivered! He knew exactly what to play without me telling him (even though he did ask before hand) and our group had a blast! We have already hired Ohana Entertainment for next year!

CJ DJ'ed our neighborhood association's spring festival and did a great job. He kept the music fun and family friendly. The instrumental Mmmbop while the kids looked for easter eggs was the perfect song choice . He also took a song request of mine and played it quickly.

I've now been to two events by CJ- one a neighborhood Halloween party and one for our school's Valentine's dance. He was incredible at both- energetic, professional, kind, and knows how to keep the party going. He plays current music, is in tune with the crowd, and is a good human on top of all of that. Why Choose Ohana Entertainment TN?
I'm CJ Dela Cruz — also known as DJ CJ or Panda — and I got my start reading crowds on the San Francisco club circuit before bringing that energy to Nashville. In 2020 I founded Ohana Entertainment TN, a family-owned production company built around one idea: your event should feel effortless, not just sound good.
"Ohana" means family, and that's how I treat every client — from the couple planning their wedding to the school PTA running a Friday night dance. I personally handle every booking myself, start to finish, so the person you talk to on the phone is the same person behind the decks on your event day.
Beyond music, I build the full experience: custom lighting design, seamless MC work, and the kind of read-the-room instincts that only come from years on the floor. Whether it's timeless classics or current hits, I keep the energy high and the night moving.
Fluent in English and Tagalog — happy to bring that into your event if it's meaningful to you and your guests.

- Power Requirements
We require three (3) dedicated 20-amp circuits within 25 feet of the performance area:
• Circuit 1 — Audio (speakers/subwoofers)
• Circuit 2 — Lighting/FX (uplights, moving heads, haze)
• Circuit 3 — DJ Control (mixer, controller, laptop)
Standard 120V AC outlets. Please avoid daisy-chained or shared circuits — if dedicated power isn't available, we can discuss a generator or power distribution box.
- Space Requirements
• Performance area: minimum 10' x 8', level and dry
• DJ table: one 6–8 ft sturdy banquet table, 36–42" tall
• Outdoor/semi-outdoor: full overhead cover (tent or structure) required regardless of forecast
- Access & Timing
• Setup time: 1.5–2 hours for standard packages; larger lighting/trussing setups may need more
• Early access: please allow 120–180 minutes before start time for load-in and sound check
• Clear, unobstructed load-in path (elevator access if not ground floor); parking for one cargo van/SUV
• If the setup area is left unattended (e.g. during cocktail hour), please ensure equipment security or provide a locked storage space

Setup requirements
Dedicated Power: Three (3) dedicated 20-amp circuits within 25 feet of the setup area — one for audio, one for lighting/FX, one for DJ control equipment. Please avoid shared or daisy-chained circuits.
Space Requirements: A level, dry surface area of at least 10' x 8' for the DJ booth, lighting, and sound system.
Table: One 6–8 ft sturdy banquet table, 36–42" tall.
Shelter (Outdoor Events Only): Complete overhead cover (tent or permanent structure) to protect electronics from sun, heat, and precipitation, regardless of forecast.
Early Access: 120–180 minutes prior to event start for load-in, setup, and sound check.
