We are Off Label, a band made up mostly of medical professionals, and those with honorary doctoral degrees in laying down funky grooves and beats. Although we chose alternate career paths from music, many of us were award-winning musicians in our high school and college ensembles, and we continue to raise the bar to deliver a tight, high-energy performance of uniquely-improvised funk, soul, alt-rock, and R&B.
Based in Boston, MA, The Paradise Rock Club, WGBH Studios, Nantucket, Jacob Wirth and parties all over MetroWest are just a few of the places where our music has caused fits of uncontrollable dancing. We dare you not to have a blast when we take the stage.

We play a wide and varied set list of rock, funk and pop songs everyone knows and loves to hear live. Often, we'll put our own spin on classics to funk them up a bit to get people on the dance floor. Off Label shows are high energy, dance-athons covering all the best songs from the 60's, 70's 80's, 90's and today including classic rock, R&B and Soul, Funk, New Wave, 80's pop hits, hair metal, 90's alternative and grunge, indie, jam band, roots rock and blues, and today's top hits.
