Overview
We are predominantly Vegan/vegetarian/plant-based personal Chef services as well as dealing with special diets, but can also cook meats/fish if required. We set up a free consultation, have a chat about goals, allergies, foods liked or disliked and create a menu and food plan to help you reach these goals. You can hire a personal chef for a weeks food, for one time only, or on a regular basis. Or you can hire the chef for a day, for dinner parties, for group or one-to-one cooking classes. Even if you just fancy a change in diet or want to try a plant-based meal, discover new dishes new flavors, chef Stephen Byrne with over 20 years experience can do just about anything required.

About
Established in 2016.
A professional chef over 20 years, worked Ireland, Australia, Canada, I have now relocated to Illinois.
In the last two years, I was a free-lance chef and consultant working in many restaurants, strengthen my skills and knowledge to an already successful career.
As a fitness fanatic my diet has always changed and in the last few years swung towards veganism. This has dramatically changed my body, mind and led to my best fitness level I have ever reached and at 41 feel 18.
I created Odes of Food to start building a business as a personal chef to help people change diets, feel healthier and discover new amazing foods and techniques of cooking.
I now offer a personal chef service as well as cooking classes and catering for small parties.
I called the site Odes of Food as I am also a published author with a love for poetry and eventually will add cooking and poetry combined workshops to my business.
