Krystal offers a range of engaging presentations tailored to association meetings, workshops, conferences, lunch and learns, or webinars. These presentations promote meaningful learning experiences and cover a variety of topics including Workplace Investigations, Conflict Resolution, Interview Training, Business Ethics, HR Essentials, Leadership and Motivation, Allyship, and Performance Management.

Krystal Woolley is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in human resources and consulting. She embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 2022, founding NoveltyHR, a firm specializing in human resource outsourcing and consulting. Her firm has successfully empowered small and midsize companies to elevate their human capital operations across three countries.
Krystal contributes actively to the field, serving on the board of CTSHRM and being involved in the Granbury Young Professionals as part of the Granbury Chamber of Commerce. She is also a founding member of the Acton Networking Group and serves as the Fun Chair for Network Glen Rose.
With a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute, Krystal demonstrates her commitment to professional growth. She is currently pursuing her SHRM-SCP certification and is a certified Professional Life Coach. Furthermore, she is a Communications specialist from Bakersfield College.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Krystal indulges her creative side by designing and selling t-shirts on a global scale as a hobby.
