When Northern Fried takes the stage, you get five seasoned musicians who've spent 25 years perfecting the art of the live show. Expect a high-energy, crowd-driven performance built around Roots, Rock, and R&B — the Allman Brothers, Little Feat, Steely Dan, The Meters, Grateful Dead, Phish, Hall & Oates, SRV, and more — woven together with the kind of chemistry that only comes from playing together for a quarter century.
The band features guitar, slide guitar, keys and organ, bass, drums, percussion, and multi-part vocal harmonies. Sets run 2–3 hours with short breaks, or continuous by request. Northern Fried reads the room — they can groove as a musical backdrop for a cocktail hour or kick it into high gear to fill a dance floor at a wedding reception or corporate event.
