To ensure the best possible experience, please review the following technical and logistical details for Nitemakers Entertainment:
Performance Space Requirements
- Minimum performance area: 10’ x 8’ space for DJ booth, speakers, and lighting
- Flat, stable surface (indoor or outdoor) protected from weather (if outdoors, tent/covering required)
- Standard ceiling height to allow for lighting effects (8’+ recommended)
Electrical Requirements
- Two dedicated 15–20 amp circuits within 25 feet of performance area. Longer distances need to be discussed ahead of time.
- Standard grounded outlets (no extension cords supplied by venue should be daisy-chained)
- Power should be stable and separate from catering/kitchen equipment to avoid surges
Sound & Lighting
- Professional-grade sound system provided for most events (capable of covering up to 250 guests; larger events may require
advance discussion)
- Wireless lapel and handheld microphones available for ceremonies, speeches, and announcements
- Dance floor lighting and uplighting options available; placement to be coordinated with venue for safety and aesthetics
Setup & Breakdown
- Standard setup time: 60–90 minutes before guest arrival (2 hours preferred for weddings with ceremony + reception in same
space)
- Breakdown time: Typically 45 minutes after event ends
- Early setup or same-day room flips should be discussed in advance
Travel & Coverage
- Serving Cleveland and Northeast Ohio within 120 miles
- Select availability for travel outside this radius (lodging and travel fees may apply)
Other Notes
- Client or venue must provide adequate shelter for outdoor events (tent, canopy, or venue-approved covering) to protect
equipment
- Nitemakers Entertainment carries full liability insurance; certificates of insurance available upon request
- Special requests (custom monogram, uplighting design, additional sound coverage for multiple rooms) should be discussed
at least 30 days before event
