Overview

simp goddess is a 27 year old spoken word artist in the greater Nashville area. She found global attention when her poem “#NastyWoman” was read by Ashley Judd at the 2017 Women’s March on Washington and one of her recent poems, “MY QUEEN! JLO!”, was publicly praised by Jennifer Lopez herself. As a result of both recognitions, her work has been featured on major media outlets such as Vice, BBC, and Vibe- and she was hailed as one of three poets to watch by PBS News Hour in 2018!
