BEFORE YOUR EVENT
We’ll discuss your guest count, age range, available space, and event schedule to help you select the right activities. We’ll also coordinate arrival and setup details so you know what to expect.

WE BRING AND RUN THE EXPERIENCE
Our team handles equipment setup, activity instruction, hosting, and equipment breakdown. Guests receive a safety briefing and guidance before participating. You can enjoy the celebration while we organize the games.

Depending on your selected package, your guests can experience:

MOBILE LASER TAG
Players gear up with BRX laser taggers and sensor headbands for hosted team battles and mission-based games. Expect teamwork, strategy, and exciting rounds as friends face off. Larger groups take turns through organized rotations.

MOBILE AXE THROWING
Our axe-throwing trailer gives guests a chance to learn a new skill and enjoy friendly challenges. We explain throwing techniques, guide beginners, and supervise the activity as participants aim for the target.

KING’S CLASH
Guests grab foam swords and shields for a medieval-style adventure. Hosted games may include Free-for-All, Shield Wall, Castle Siege, Gem Rush, and Boss Battle. We explain each game and referee the action so players can jump into the fun.

COMBINATION EVENTS AND EXTRAS
Book one experience or combine activities for more variety. Optional upgrades include additional activity time, inflatable battlefield obstacles, and a fire-spinning finale, subject to venue suitability and availability.

• Mobile Axe Throwing — Bring a different kind of excitement to your gathering with our axe-throwing trailer. Guests receive hands-on instruction before stepping up to test their aim and challenge their friends.

• King’s Clash — Enter a medieval-style battlefield with foam swords, shields, and organized games. From team battles and castle sieges to boss battles, guests become part of the adventure.

Nexus Battlefield brings the activity equipment and hosts to your location. Setup requirements vary by activity, guest count, and venue. We’ll confirm the details with you before your event.

SPACE AND SURFACE
Laser tag and King’s Clash require an open, reasonably level playing area free of traffic, sharp objects, and other hazards. Please share photos or approximate dimensions of your space so we can help determine a suitable layout. Combination packages require room for each selected activity.

AXE-THROWING TRAILER ACCESS
Mobile axe throwing requires vehicle access and a firm, level area for the trailer, plus clearance for positioning, entry, and guest waiting space. Please let us know about narrow gates, steep driveways, tight turns, or parking restrictions in advance.

SETUP AND BREAKDOWN
We need access before the scheduled activity start time to unload and prepare, plus time afterward to pack up. Arrival and breakdown arrangements will be confirmed based on your package.

POWER, SOUND, AND LIGHTING
Please let us know whether electrical outlets are available near the activity area. We’ll confirm any power needs for your selected setup in advance. We provide speakers for music and game announcements; please share any venue sound restrictions. Evening events require enough lighting for guests to move and participate safely. No stage is needed for our standard activities.

VENUE APPROVAL
The client is responsible for securing permission to use the location and arranging any required venue reservations or permits. Please confirm that your venue allows the selected activities before booking.

WEATHER
Outdoor activities depend on suitable weather and ground conditions. We’ll coordinate with you if conditions could affect setup or participation. Please discuss an alternate location or rescheduling arrangements with us in advance.

PARTICIPATION
Participants must complete the required waiver and follow host instructions. Please provide the expected guest count and age range so we can plan appropriate games and rotations.

OPTIONAL FIRE-SPINNING FINALE
Fire spinning requires advance coordination, a suitable outdoor performance area, separation from spectators and flammable materials, and venue approval. Availability depends on site conditions, weather, and applicable fire restrictions.
