With a decade of experience making your event a success. From our first conversation, to the end of your event, our goal is to make this experience easy and fun for you. You have enough to worry about, we’ll take care of the food. We’ll handle all those tedious details and help you figure out what you need as far as menu, quantity, packaging, and service. Our staff knows this stuff. Fantastic food prepared by our wonderful kitchen staff is watched over by Chef Chris from the ingredients coming in the door all the way to it getting packed in the van to bring to you.

I had the pleasure of having Chef Chris cater a larger than expected private dinner. Let’s just say that dinner is still being talked about months later. Everything was perfect. The food and the experience went hand in hand and was everything I could have imagined. He’s great to work with. The food was amazing. I could go on and on

Chef was raised in Brooklyn, NY in a family that spent most of the time fellowshipping in the kitchen. Spending time with his Caribbean grandparents, Mother and Father, Chris learned to cook everything, from. Caribbean classics to Soul food. Chris grew up in a true farm to table environment with his family. They grew fruit and vegetables, then harvested them to create the freshest dishes. This upbringing gave Chris a true passion for cooking with fresh ingredients.
