Todd Hunt is a certified LUMA (Learning Understanding and Making Association) Practitioner. He creates workshops that allow Information Technology staff to plan and succeed in finishing projects on time. He has been in the field of Information Technology for over 20 years. He started out as a programmer. Todd also gives skill labs to parents to get their children to perform better in school. He has worked with programs like All Our Kids in Omaha, NE (As as a Captain in the Winners Circle Program). Todd took under performing schools and provided change that made them excel and exceed plans. He works with data analytics as well as motivates people with the Sustain The Change organization.

Todd Hunt is a native of Niles, MI. He is a graduate of Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with a Minor in Chemistry. He has worked in the Information Technology field for over 20 years in various capacities. While a resident in Omaha, Nebraska, he was nominated by the Omaha Jaycees as an Outstanding Young Omahan and he worked for Fortune 500 companies, some of which include, Mutual of Omaha and First Data. He also spoke to many students in the public and private school systems motivating and helping them to soon achieve much success.
As an actor, Todd has been on the stage with some, which include, D’Atra Hicks from Laugh to Keep from Crying written and directed by Tyler Perry and Bow-Legged Lou of Full Force and the movie House Party.
As a speaker, he has worked alongside ET the Hip Hop Preacher, Joel Kibble of Take 6, and gospel artist Desmond Pringle, and more. He also held the position as a Captain and featured speaker of the “All Our Kids Program, formerly known as “Winners Circle Program”.
As a leader he has served as the Great Plains Federation President of Central States Conference, church youth leader, and much more. Currently as a resident of Virginia, he is the Cofounder of Sustain the Change with his lovely wife, Swehla Hunt whom he has been married to for 23 years.
