April 14, 2026Aerialist performance
New York Cat was absolutely amazing. They were punctual, professional, and had an incredible performance from start to finish. Their costume was stunning and added an extra layer of beauty and elegance to match our decor. Before and after their act, they were warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. The energy they brought filled the space with great vibes, and it was clear that everyone—both children and adults—were completely captivated and thoroughly enjoyed the performance! We 100% recommend Cat and would love to have them again!

March 28, 2026Incredible Aerialist! Out of this world.
New York Cat was an absolute dream to work with. They are incredibly creative, collaborative, and such a strong presence both on and off stage. Their performance was breathtaking, and when paired with live music it created one of the most memorable moments of the entire Art Bath experience.
They are truly one of the best talents I’ve encountered in New York City, and easily among the finest aerialists in the world. I would jump at the chance to work with them again.

Additional booking notes
A minimum ceiling height of 8 ft is required depending on the apparatus and style of performance. A performance footprint of approximately 8x8 ft (20x20 ft preferred) with a flat, level surface is needed for safe installation.
Performance can be rigged from a load-rated overhead point that meets dynamic load requirements, or a freestanding aerial rig can be provided if no rigging is available (our portable aerial rig is ideal for venues without existing rigging points (common for rooftops, private events, and outdoor spaces). I’m happy to coordinate directly with your venue, production team, DJs or Live Musicians to assess the best and safest setup.
Setup typically requires 60–90 minutes, with approximately 45–60 minutes for breakdown. Access to the performance area during this time is required.
Indoor and outdoor events are both possible; however, outdoor performances are weather-dependent and cannot take place in unsafe conditions such as high winds, rain, or extreme temperatures.
Dedicated lighting is best for evening performances.
Fully insured, with a certificate of insurance available upon request.

Influences and inspiration
New York Cat's work is influenced by a fusion of contemporary dance, immersive nightlife, and circus arts. Having performed for years in NYC’s underground performance scene, they draw inspiration from the intersection of nightlife, circus, and contemporary dance — from the immersive performance culture of House of Yes to the theatrical precision of Bob Fosse, the surreal, expressive worlds of Pina Bausch, and the high-impact spectacle of Cirque du Soleil. My movement blends technical precision with raw, expressive performance.
Setup requirements
Aerial performances ideally require 8-25 ft ceiling height and a safe rigging point capable of supporting dynamic loads. If no rigging point is available, we can provide a freestanding aerial rig (space permitting) for an additional fee.
