I hired New Orleans Renaissance to play to play the last hour of a celebration of life for a close friend who loved New Orleans and jazz. They were on time, professional, knew what to play to match the vibe with no direction from me, and they walked off the stage and led a procession around the church basement. Afterward, the widow shared with me it was the perfect way to cap the event.
