Women in my audiences hear me speak and begin to understand that they have a tremendous Inner Strength. Once they find out where their Inner Strength comes from, they will learn to tap into in and live life from their power. The "aha" moment comes when they understand that success starts with self-love.

As a speaker, radio show host, woman’s life coach, and published author of “Chocolate or Vanilla, Life Is All About Choices,” Nancy’s mission is to encourage women to improve their health, value their “self” and increase their wealth.
Whether it’s in life or in business, Nancy believes that the key to an abundant life is self-love and is passionate about sharing this philosophy to create success in life as well as business. As a student and teacher of the Martial Arts, Nancy utilizes the philosophies of the Martial Arts to show women how to tap into their Inner Strength. Nancy believes that women are very powerful. When brought together, they have the opportunity to learn from the collective knowledge of the group, grow farther than the boundaries they have set for themselves, and obtain goals they never thought possible.
