What to expect

My general process for speaking and consulting projects is as follows:

1) You contact me and we find a time to connect.
2) You and I have a collaborative conversation about the who, what, when, where, how much, and why of your project.
3) I send you a contract (unless you elect to draft the contract or equivalent) with a proposed presentation/consulting timeline, agenda, description, learning objectives, biography, and headshot.
4) You edit or confirm the proposal.
5) I send my slides and an invoice over to you about a week before the event (or whatever timeline you decide is appropriate).
6) Then I do my favorite part of the process, presenting information that is important and relevant for others to know in a relatable and digestable fashion.

Now, you may be wondering, how much do you charge?

It depends.

My prices range from $0-$20,000.

It depends on many variables like what the event is, the scope of the project, your budget, my travel days, and your audience.

I do not like to price out organizations since the information I share is so important for people to hear.

Currently, I make most of my living speaking and consulting on disability, mental health, and neurodiversity topics, so when possible I ask for a speaker’s fee and travel expenses.

About

My name is Sierra Grandy. I am a Speaker, Attorney, Advocate, and Adventurer.

As a way to make a difference in the world while having the freedom to accommodate my medical needs, I founded Questify Your Life LLC. I travel nationally speaking on neurodiversity, disability, and mental health topics.

This looks like keynotes, workshops, podcasts, breakout room sessions, corporate trainings, wellness week initiatives, police intervention trainings, and more. I have a message and information that I wholeheartedly believe more people could use in their lives.

I teach from a place of lived experience sharing my stories of growing up in and out of mental health hospitals, receiving electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) while still in high school, losing a year of my memory due to the ECT side effects, developing additional medical conditions, dropping out of college twice, and ultimately getting the support and skills necessary to start my mental health recovery journey.

As I journeyed more and more into the unknown of recovery I worked hard, had some luck, and some privileges on my side to go and finish my psychology degree, start public speaking on my story and education, go to law school, receive a late diagnosis of autism and ADHD, and ultimately become a licensed attorney.

In my advocacy and advisory work I volunteer in leadership roles with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the Minnesota State Advisory Council on Mental Health, and the Minnesota Disability Bar Association (MDisBA). And I am taking steps to find ProBono work that works with my strengths now that I am an attorney.

As an adventurer, I created Questify Your Life LLC—which I named my business after—a gamified self-care system that utilizes positive psychology principles to help others and myself navigate this world. Through this system, I can prioritize fun, joy, and play in my life by treating my life like a video game or a fantastical game of Dungeons and Dragons. This incentivizes creative ways to accommodate myself as a disabled and neurodivergent individual.

I look forward to connecting with you!

I like to have slide behind me, so as long as you have a computer and a way to show a slideshow we should be good to go.
