Nathan has over 18 years experience speaking, training and motivating groups and individuals with his message to, "Live a life worthy of your calling." From student leaders to international governments, the US Military and network marketers, he is able to provide proven leadership practices that can be implemented immediately. His teachings are not about theoretical practices
but proven methods that have been tried and tested for over 40 years by his mentor and top leadership expert , Dr. John C. Maxwell. Nathan is also certified DISC Personality Consultant and Youth Leadership Development speaker.

Nathan's most important and successful leadership role has been as a husband and father of three. Prior to joining the John Maxwell Team, he spent 18 years in the law enforcement field of Corrections and Detentions, in both the municipal and federal sectors, with nine of those years as a Sergeant. He is currently the Training Administrator at a federal detention center in downtown San Diego. He
possesses a deep awareness on both a personal and a professional level of the high demands of leadership and the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Nathan has used these tools in his own personal development as a leader and has greatly increased his overall productivity.
