Natalie Jude

Hello I'm Natalie Jude Martinez and I am from San Antonio, Texas . I graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2007 with a BA in fashion & business . I grew up studying various types of dance and competing in all natural beauty pageants around Texas. I have won many pageant titles since the age of 10 , my last being a lifetime title as Ms. Americas Choice national title winner in 2010.I also won a modeling contract withFierocity Beauty Cosmetics. I was also the winner of the Miss America audience favorite award and was a spokes model for Melrose Clothing stores for three years . I have done print modeling , tv commercials , and radio commercials for Melrose Clothing Stores of Texas.
All these experiences have led me to learn more about makeup and see it at as an art. Whether it was working on set as a model or doing a pageant , I worked with amazing makeup artist who taught me amazing makeup tips and technique. My earliest makeup lessons were in helping my grandma with her Mary Kay business as a young teen . I learned so much about the business and using skin care and makeup not just to make myself beautiful but to make other women feel beautiful and uplift. I always say my grandma probably gave away more Mary Kay than she sold sometimes because she was always willing to help a woman who was looking for a job and couldn’t afford makeup and skincare . She helped many woman who had left domestic violence and did not have the finances for skincare and makeup . This taught me good character and good values .
During my time in fashion school at the University of the Incarcerate Word I took fashion show production courses for three years which taught me about makeup for fashion shows , hair styling , wardrobe styling , and production . Working as a prestige makeup artist for various brands like Valentino gave me the opportunity to take education classes and learn makeup tips from their national makeup artist . I have also taken education makeup classes with the national makeup artists from NYX and Revolution makeup brand .
I understand makeup from every point of view the working mom , the stay at home , the model ect…I always listen to what my clients want and strive to give them the best experience . The hardest thing for a women to do for herself is self care but it is important so she can feel better about herself .
