I am a vendor at an event where Chef Nikita was hired. The food made by Chef Nakita is outstanding! I’m still at this event and I needed to immediately review her so I don’t forget. Her presentation is meticulously crafted. The flavors are bold and balanced. Among the favorites are: ox tail, Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, grilled chicken, rice, beef short ribs and pot roast. There were so many other dishes I was too full to try. Her staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. Will definitely use her services in the future.

Nakita catered my mom's repast in September. First, the food was absolutely delicious. Everything she prepared was perfectly seasoned and sooo good. Everybody couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was.

As far as the service - OUTSTANDING!! Nakita and her team were my version of perfection. They greeted everyone at the door. They served the head tables restaurant style, and throughout the event they walked around with trays of non alcoholic beverages to see if anyone else wanted any. The buffet line was well thought out and went quickly and seamlessly. Everyone was so impressed with the food and quality of service.

My only complaint was that she didn't bring enough business cards to hand out. So many people wanted one. (Of course I'm being facetious about that being a complaint.) Lol. I figured she probably didn't bring too many cards out of respect, which shows another level of class on her part.

If you're not sure about using Nakita, don't be. I'm extremely picky when it comes to things being done professionally. This young lady and her team exceeded my expectations. She gave us a black tie experience that totally honored my mom.

Start to finish Nakita was great to work with. Her professionalism is top notch. Thank you for making wonderful food and for you and your staff of 4 attending to the party guests and helping me out in a pinch with such class! The charcuterie table was the talk as you said it would be 😆 Mom's 70th birthday celebration was amazing to behold. Thank you for being apart of bringing my vision together ❤️ Your passion shines through in your work ethic and delicious food 😋. I wish you continued success! 🙏☺️❤️

Nakita is friendly and very thorough in her work. She made it possible for me to relax and enjoy the company. She was attentive to all our guests, adults and kids and everyone commented on how nice she was. Thank you for your great work Nakita!

I witnessed her at a event that I was bartending for on 11/23/19. Her staff was very professional and courteous with smiles as they worked the room. Also, I had the opportunity to taste her food and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend her and I have her in mind for my next event.
