Overview
We are a multi-genre musical group playing R&B, Soul, Motown, Pop, Rock and Jazz, performing at parties, weddings, corporate events and more. Some of the music we play is from artists such as Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Tina Turner, Anita Baker and Donna Summer.
Some of the venues where we performed in the New York City area include the iconic Bitter End, Arthur's Tavern, BB King’s Blues Bar, Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar and the Hotel Edison in Times Square.
If you prefer, I can also perform solo using my professional music tracks.

I saw Nadine and her Soul of New York Band at a venue in NYC. The musical selections were fantastic. We were dancing and singing one minute, and enjoying the love songs the next. I really hope to see her perform again soon. She is really an amazing singer.

From the moment they started playing, they created a fantastic atmosphere that had everyone’s attention. Nadine’s voice was powerful and pitch-perfect, and the rest of the band showcased impressive skills and stage presence.

My 80th BD celebration was held on May 24th. It is May 28th and I am still getting KUDOS from my guest about Nadine and her Soul of New York Band. Nadine was professional and always had a smile in her voice from inception. I had spoken with two other bands and was very impressed of Nadine's understanding of what type of music I wanted for my event. Comments from my guest asking "where did you find your band?", "the singers were excellent", "best BD party ever" and of course I felt very proud my choice was Nadine and her Soul of New York Band. Thank you Nadine, for showing up and showing out, as the saying goes...many blessings!!!!!!

What to expect
Celebrating life’s special moments is always more exciting with live music. If you want to make your event memorable, live music is the best way to keep the action going.
I provide high-quality equipment and sound, using wired and wireless microphones. With my Soul of New York Band, I would be happy to provide the music that will make your event greater than your expectations.
You will receive any musical selection of your choice. My band includes two vocalists, a drummer, bass player, guitar player and keyboard player. A saxophone player can also be added at an additional cost. If you prefer that I perform solo or with my saxophone player, I can provide high quality sound using my professional music tracks.
Either way, you and your guests will be talking about the music long after your event is over.

A native New Yorker, Nadine is a multi-genre vocalist (R&B/Motown/Pop/Gospel/Rock/Jazz), singing at private Weddings, Parties & Corporate events for more than two decades. Recently she appeared on the Steve Harvey Show. She's played at numerous venues in and around NYC, such as at BB King’s Blues Club; Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar; the iconic Bitter End and the Red Lion.
From Whitney Houston and Tina Turner to Motown and Chaka Khan, her music has the ability to keep everyone on their feet and get everyone singing and dancing along.
