Carlos "N.S" Ruelas is a hip hop artist who was Midwest raised & WestCoast born, raised by a single mother with 2 other siblings in the small city of Racine WI. Growing up in the rural areas of this small city, life wasn't easy on the family or on Ruelas having multiple encounters with law enforcement living life on the streets, in which a new state of mind was reached & a dream to overcome the life & tribulations being lived. Growing up performing for family at gatherings music has always been a virtue & blessing. In his words ..."Hope this isn't misunderstood I'm misunderstood". Peace & Blessing.
